  • Q: What is TVim?

    A: TVim is a great new way of watching selected channels via the internet, which you can easily access from your smart phone, tablet, laptop or PC.
    It will enable all your family members to watch their favorite shows, any time, by providing them with this new multi screen experience.
    TVim is offered only for active subscribers of our bundle packages (DUO, TRIO or QUATRO).

  • Q: How does it work?

    A: TVim works as a web or mobile app in three languages, which is easy to access and user friendly. To access the web application you will have to log onto www.tvim.tv and register with your user name and password given to your prior subscription to our bundled services (DUO, TRIO or QUATRO), as for the mobile application, it will depend whether you’re an iOS or Android user and in any case you will have to visit the App store or Google Play where you can download the app for free and register the same way as it is necessary for the web app.
    The service is enabled everywhere in Kosovo on IPKO network.

  • Q: How do I register or subscribe to it?

    A: To register or subscribe to TVim you will have to be an active subscriber of our bundled services (DUO, TRIO or QUATRO) and only after you can register for TVim. With the user name and password you possess, which you obtained when subscribing to one of the mentioned services, you can easily access TVim via www.tvim.tv by logging with your user name and password.

  • Q: Where can I get my username and password?

    A: You should use the username and password, provided to you, when purchasing one of IPKO bundle services (DUO, TRIO or QUATTRO). It is written on the contract. If you forgot the password, please contact our customer support, or visit us in one of our shops, we will reset the password for you.

  • Q: How do I download the app for smart phone?

    A: If you are an Android user, click to go to the Google Play store and if you are an iOS user, click to go to the iTunes store. Whichever of the two systems you use, the download of the app is FREE.

  • Q: How much does it cost me to register for TVim?

    A: The cost of TVim is only 5€ per month.

  • Q: What are the channels that come with TVim?

    A: TVim comes as a selection of channels in two packages which will depend on the DTV package, either Family or Premium, within your bundles service (DUO, TRIO or QUATRO)
    In case of Family package within your bundles service, by registering for TVim you will have access to these channels:
    IPKO, RTK, Top Channel, Klan T, Klan Kosova, Top News, T-Channel, Bang Bang, Cufo TV, Junior TV, My Music, Digi +, Film Komedi, Film Aksion, EXP Shkence, EXP Histori, Fox Life, SuperSonic TV.

    In case of Premium package within your bundles service, by registering for TVim you will have access to these channels:
    IPKO, RTK, Top Channel, Klan T, Klan Kosova, Top News, T-Channel, Bang Bang, Cufo TV, Junior TV, My Music, Digi +, Film Komedi, Film Aksion, EXP Shkence, EXP Histori, Fox Life, Fox Crime, SuperSonic TV, Euro Sport, Super Sport Kosova 1, Super Sport Kosova 2.
    We will continuously enrich the contents of the two packages.

  • Q: Can I subscribe to TVim as an internet subscriber?

    A: No, you must be a subscriber to one of our bundled services (DUO, TRIO or QUATRO) and then subscribe register for TVim as an additional service which will enable you to view your favorite programs on other devices, anywhere from Kosovo.

  • Q: Can I use TVim if I am a business customer?

    A: TVim is a residential product, providing personal TV experience for the whole family at your home. If you are subscribed also to one of the residential services, than yes you can use it.

  • Q: How many devices can I connect with TVim?

    A: You can connect up to two devices, at the same time or any time, to enjoy the TVim selection of channels.

  • Q: Can I use TVim on my Smart TV?

    A: If your Smart TV supports Android applications, you can install it. Otherwise not at this time.

  • Q: Can I use TVim on other networks (not IPKO)?

    A: Not for the moment. We designed it that way, to retain and control the quality of the service. For more information please refer to the question – How does it work?

  • Q: Can I use TVim on GPRS?

    A: Video requires higher bandwidth (similar to Youtube), unfortunately it’s not technically possible to use the service on 2G networks.

  • Q: Will you add more channels to TVim?

    A: Yes, we plan to add more channels in the future. We are constantly working and already testing new features, to provide the best customer experience in Kosovo.

  • Q: Can I set SMS reminders, if I don’t have an IPKO GSM number?

    A: We support SMS reminders only for IPKO GSM subscribers. If you don’t have an IPKO number, please visit one of our shops, we will find an appropriate package that will suit your needs.

  • Q: How many reminders can I set?

    A: You can set 5 reminders per day, and 10 reminders altogether.

  • Q: If I have TVim and I visit someone else who also does, will the application work?

    A: Yes. In this case both of you are subscribed to TVim, so you can use it even with your own username.

  • Q: If I have TVim and I visit someone else who doesn’t, will the application work?

    A: Yes. As long as the person you are visiting, is using one of the IPKO services, you can watch your favorite channels on TVim.
